Call us at 850-769-9999 or 888-896-3255 to block your card and reorder a new one. During regular business hours you will speak with our Contact Center staff, and after hours we have an automated service to assist you.

Can you reverse money if scammed? ›

Did a scammer make an unauthorized transfer from your bank account? Contact your bank and tell them it was an unauthorized debit or withdrawal. Ask them to reverse the transaction and give you your money back.

Unfortunately, you can't directly access information about who used your card. However, you should report any unauthorized transactions immediately to your card issuer, who may investigate.

Credit card number

Log in to the Online Account or Mobile App

Logging in online or onto the card issuer's mobile app is the quickest and easiest way to check a credit card balance. Nearly every bank or card issuer has an online portal that cardholders can access either on a computer or via smartphone.
