This Grinch Charcuterie Board comes to life by using festive holiday colors such as red and green. Surround the Grinch face with your favorite southwestern snacks to create an appetizer tray your friends and family will love!

To make the Grinch

  • Guacamole - one store bought container of guacamole to make the Grinch's face.
  • Monterey Jack Cheese - cubed Monterey Jack Cheese is used for the hat brim.
  • Dried Chorizo - also used for the hat.
  • Cucumber - sliced, for the pom pom on the hat.
  • Red Bell Pepper - for his large grin.
  • Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper - used for the Grinch's eyes.
  • Black Olives - use one olive to finish the eyes.

For the rest of the appetizer board

  • Tortilla Chips
  • Takis Rolled Tortilla Chips - pretzel sticks or any other favorite chips you like can also be used.
  • Green Bell Pepper - sliced
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Green Olives
  • Pickled Jalapeño Slices
  • Cilantro

Spread the guacamole into the center of a large serving board or platter and form the shape of the Grinch's face.

Cover well with plastic wrap if you are not ready to use right away. You want to prevent the guacamole from browning.
