The New York Jets kicker gave Gang Green the most embarrassing start on Sunday against the Bills as he crashed after (barely) connected at the opening kickoff, allowing Buffalo to start his opening possession on his own 45-yard line.
Luckily for the Jets, despite quarterback Josh Allen connecting with Stefon Diggs on a 42-yard reception on the first offensive play, there was no harm done as Allen uncharacteristically threw an interception into the red zone. to return the ball to the Jets.

The opening kickoff, unsurprisingly, drew a strong reaction on Twitter with many tears at Mann for the humorous gaffe.
The Bills entered the Week 9 game as a double-digit betting favorite, and certainly don’t need any extra help from the Jets to pull off a win.
